TWIN SCREW CONICAL
The conical twin screw is different from the parallel twin screw in shape, the diameter of both ends is different, the diameter of the feeding section is large, and the diameter of the homogenizing section is small, and the middle is gradually transitioning. Conical twin screws are engaged, and most of them rotate in different directions. Two conical screws engage each other in the barrel and rotate in different directions, and the top of the screw edge of one screw has a reasonable gap with the root of the other screw. Due to the opposite rotation, the path of the material spiral on one screw is blocked by another screw, and the material can only move forward through the clearance shaft of each part under the push of the thread.
