SPECIFICATION

The bimetallic barrel has a 2-5mm thick alloy coating moulded on the inner wall of the barrel, which gives excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance to the barrel and increases its endurance against high working temperature. Therefore, its useful service life is greatly improved in contrast to the ordinary nitrided ones. Bimetal has more obvious advantages when processing PVC formula with a high portion of calcium powder, engineering plastics, fluorine plastics, polysulfone and PPO specialized plastics, etc.
